Privacy & form information

NDFOS CO., LTD. (7F, 648 Samseong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea) is responsible for handling information submitted through the ZIVENT inquiry form. For privacy questions or requests, contact the ZIVENT Team at windowfilm@ndfos.com.

• Required information: name, company, country, region, business email, and product category of interest.
• Purpose: to review and respond to sample and product inquiries and to contact you about related ZIVENT products and sales opportunities.
• Legal basis: your consent and NDFOS's legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and developing business relationships.
• Retention: for three years from the date the form is submitted, after which the information will be deleted unless a longer period is required by law.

If you do not provide the required information, NDFOS may be unable to respond to or process your inquiry. Submitting the form signifies your agreement to the collection and use described above, including related sales communications.

NDFOS uses Google Forms to collect and store inquiry information. Google processes this information on NDFOS's behalf as a service provider.

You may opt out of sales communications at any time by replying to any of our emails or contacting us at the address above.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. NDFOS does not sell your personal information and will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
